Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be in new, unworn condition. Please return them in the original box. 

For web orders, we offer free return shipping. We want you to be completely happy with your new shoes! Fit matters, and so does our global 'footprint'.  We want to do everything we can to help you find the right size and shoe before you order. Please check the size guides provided, and call the store if you have any questions. (734-741-9401). If you need to make a return, we will send you a free return label that will be good for 30 days from your order date. Please place your shoes in the original box, and ship in a container that protects the merchandise from damage in transit. Shipping costs will not be refunded.   

Web orders for sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Item exchange is subject to availability, or a store credit will be issued.
